Did you know you can bake eggs right in your air fryer? It's incredibly hands off and you can get them cooked perfectly to your liking by following my guide! These air fryer hard boiled eggs are on page 15 of my cookbook!
Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs
1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (132°C) for 5 minutes.
2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket. I recommend including 1 extra egg to check on before removing all the eggs.
3. Air fry at 270°F (132°C) for 15 minutes for hard boiled eggs.
4. Check on the extra egg. Once it is done to your liking, remove the eggs and place in a bowl of ice water.
Notes:
- Because all air fryers are different, cooking time may vary.
- If your air fryer does not go down to 270°F (132°C), cook at the lowest temp possible, then air fry for 12 minutes, adding more time as needed.
- Take note of what works for your air fryer.
- For soft boiled eggs, air for 9-11 minutes.
- For jammy eggs, air fry for 12-13 minutes.
- For hard boiled eggs, cook for 14-15 minutes.
- Keep adding time in 2-3 minute increments, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
