Unless you are a high-end agency I don't understand this business model! You need to sell a SOLUTION, not a website! A website by itself does nothing to a business. You need to diversify offering other services like SEO, Advertising, Social Media Management, Content Writing, etc. You don't even have to do it yourself, outsource them. SEO packages can go from $500 to $1900 a month every month. I was a starving Web Designer until I understood this. 😉

Great video, thanks for sharing it. The most important thing for SMMA is to have some kind of strategy (for example I use some boosting tools, like a little bit of Famester here and there, and it really helps massively). The best thing is that clients are not complaining as long as they see good results.

Agree that service delivery is super easy and have 100% profit margins. BUT the number of clients, if they all pay you $50 a month, you need here to get to $10k are 200! Ridiculous amount for a manual agency like yours. It works for companies like wix and and stuff, but for small companies like yours it's gonna be a while till you get to a solid monthly income with this.
