Excellent class. I would like to make a question. Some lawyers say that: When there are several witnesses who say the same thing about a fact (with some probability), then it is concluded that the fact is true. But, what I think is that lawyers have to define how many witnesses are necessary such that the sum of (same) probabilities is one i.e. certainty. Is my thinking correct? Thank you!
