I remember in the early days of guitar youtube when I was trying to break through the final "beginner wall" and take my playing to the next level, guys like Marty, Justin guitar, Texasbluesalley and Rockongoodpeople were there to help. Cool to see Marty (and all the rest) still making an impact on players to this day!

This man taught me how to play guitar for years & by chance I got to meet him & let him play my guitar for nearly an hour!! Even gave me a badass Fedora 🎉

Marty taught me, a 44 year old beginner (at the time) in 2015 how to play so many songs. My first guitar song I learned from one of his videos, Everlong. I didn't even know what Drop D was. Playing power chords with one finger, being a beginner opened the door. I was hooked after that, just stayed on Marty's channel for months.

Marty taught me the basics, what an absolute lad. Probably the most consistent guitar youtuber out there.

I think Harrison was quite proud of the opening chord he came up with for Hard Days Night basically an F maj add 9 same chord as wing but in 1964

The foam covered microphones were at the concert in Maui filmed for the movie Rainbow Bridge. The wind was so bad that most of the drum recordings were unusable. Mitch Mitchell reproduced them in the studio mostly in the one take just by watching his performances back, which is pretty incredible when you consider how improvisational his playing was. But then he was an incredible drummer - Hendrix was always going to be a star but the Experience was really a product of Hendrix and Mitchell's musical relationship.
