BBQ HOTLINKS, AIR FRYER | Richard in the kitchen
Показать описание
In this video I show y'all how to make BBQ hotlinks in the air fryer. This BBQ hotlink basket with fries brings back memories for me. Back in the 70's I used to eat it at a corner gas station/eatery called the Good Luck Gas Station. Although air fryers were not thought of back then, making hotlinks in the air fryer is much easier. Earl Campbell hotlinks cooked in the air fryer then doused with warmed BBQ sauce and served over air fryer fries.
Shopping List:
3 Earl Campbell hotlinks (split in half lengthwise)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (warmed)
Cooking spray
Directions:
Pre-heat air fryer on 390 for 3 minutes then spray basket with cooking spray.
Cut the hotlinks in half lengthwise, but not cutting all the way through. (butterfly cut). Place in the pre-heated basket and cook on 400 for 8-10 minutes.
Warm the BBQ sauce on the stovetop then pour over the cooked hotlinks.
Serve with air fryer fries.
