How to Pronounce KNIPEX

Knipex Tools.. I have always heard it pronounced like knife. Like ni pex.

You sure its Kuh-nip-x? Makes much more sense it being Knip-ex as in the word to cut or snap, the k isnt separate and it isn't silent.

in german its not Kuh-NIPEX. Its from the word "Kneifen" (Pinching). just say KENIPEX without the E sound.
Kuh NIP X sound like Cuhlimate or Cuhlimbing.
KNEE PEX, no silent K
just use google translate and put it in german.

Find any German video of the brand and they all say it kah-nee-pix with a quick kah sound. Every branded American video literally pronounces it different ways and some of the guys even pronounce it multiple ways in the same video.

The issue isn't just whether the K is silent or not, it's also the pronunciation of the I - Go to a German Knipex video and listen and you'll see it's not the english short I, it's more like an American or Englishman would pronounce E or even EE.

The k is more like youd pronounce k-"kay" without saying the "ay" and the i is more like you pronounce your e.
So like Knepex
