I'm so very grateful for my pug dog, Baxter. He brings me out of the darkest places in my mind when I get stuck and unable to move in a positive direction emotionally.

I am grateful for my plants, my children, one of which is turning 10 years old tomorrow, and he is my life's BIGGEST challenge! I am grateful for my husband's work ethic which allows me to stay home and take care of my lovely children!

I have been working so hard on getting more exercise, it's been difficult to get back into it but I believe I can!!! The posture tip is one I don't think I had read before but I did notice once I get into a funk I slouch more.
And ..
I am greatful for my partner. He's been a real rock for me.🌷

Re: posture, it's also easier to be able to take long deep breaths with better posture, rather than hunched over shallow breathing.
I'm a fan of combining number 1 (hug) and number 4 (nature) by hugging a tree. Yep, I'm a tree-hugger from way back and perfectly ok with that :-)
I wish I could get more exercise. I used to be so active. But having a muscle disease, 2 connective tissue diseases, neurological disease etc is a real bummer. I've started hydrotherapy.

3 major stresses in my life.

Finances, my pay went from $30/hr to $18/hr during this pandemic...it's hard to survive in California.

Burden of knowledge, with my job....i cant go into details...lets just say people aren't getting the whole picture....if they did, we'd be in civil war right now. Im glad people dont know what i know, but i also wish that i didn't.

A small part of my job involves death certificates and other documents....i have the unfortunate knowledge of seeing the cause and effects that lead to these people's deaths....and it weighs on me.

If i didn't have such great friends and family, and wife....i dont think i would've made it this far.
