The catchers who catch these monsters are just as impressive in my opinion, that's straight ugly heat ripping at your dome!

Throwing a baseball should be classified as therapy

Maddux dominated with a 90mph fastball with location and movement.. all these guys throwing 99+ are getting injured like crazy..

I keep seeing all these video of people stating 108 107 106mph pitch and most i dont see a radar. Not saying it wasnt but if thats the case then it should be in the gw book. 106mph is the record

This just shows back leg bend doesn’t matter as long as you have your hips coiled up

I pitched for many years growing up. My pitching coaches would have had a Heart Attack screaming at most young pitchers today over their poor Follow-Through after releasing the ball. It was preached to me that good follow through was for the sake of being safe and protecting our Rotator-Cuff and Elbow. I can distinctively remember throwing drills where we had to pickup a coin off the ground following our release

@treadathletics don’t know if you have a vid on this already but. His arm has to be moving 106 to throw 106 right? Your arm has to move the speed of the ball thrown. Correct? Thank you 🙏

There was only 1 put-put in Ft.Worth with a 75mph. Cage. All the rest were 70. I would wait till Noone else was at the cages. .then stand about 10 feet closer to the machine so I could get a feel for the 90-100 mph pitch looked like

So now you know why he got 108... ran up to the radar and threw

If he’s only throwing 87 from the mound then what was Nolan Ryan’s pulldown😬😬 just to think about that is crazy

Wasnt there an outfielder that was clocked around 120mpg with a bomb to homeplate?

Can't wait to see him on the IL with Tommy John

He's throwing hard, but the motion still seems fluid.

If that’s 106 then Gooden Ryan
and Seaver would be clocked at 150 mph on that crackpot gun from a nobody throwing without a windup, the stretch that the pros only used when somebody was on base

Over 8.00 ERA in Big Leagues. What is he doing to improve location because it is obvious that velo isn’t his problem?
