Have you ever just…looked down a hole that you found in the ground? It’s okay, you’re in a safe space, what did you see when you looked down there? Was it water, because you were looking in a well? Was it the infinite darkness that kept you from seeing the bottom? Were you tempted to jump in to see how far you would fall? Either way, holes are everywhere in the natural parts of our world, even within the depths of the ocean. But what might surprise you how deep they go, and what some of them contain. So with that in mind, allow us to show you the 20 Deepest Holes In The Earth!

Disappointed that there wasn't any hole sealed by scientists.

To suggest many of these natural holes' existence has yet to be determined is a bit disingenuous. The caves provide plenty of clues that tell us how many of these caves are formed and several of these very caves have been well-known and documented for years. Geology has an explanation.
It's easy to tell if a cave or hole has been created by water erosion and if it's common or repetitive process. This is how most caves develop. Others are formed from bacteria that feed off the hydrocarbons like hydrogen sulphide that creates an acid that dissolves caves. The bacteria can "eat" a cave.
Glacial freezing has created some caves as well.
So to suggest "nobody knows how it got there" with many of these caves is a bit of a stretch.
Still, it was an interesting video.

More bait of the click. Thank you. So glad I've learned to move the cursor to the end of the presentation, where as usual, there is nothing in concert with the titling or the imagery presented on the face of it.
