after installing facebook pixel . i have set up some test events with random buttons on my online shop but the problem is that i can not change or delete the events by using facebook event setup tool . i open setup tool and click on ''all events'' after that i click on events which already exists and there appears only a text like '' Event Trigger
Since this event is set in your website code, we do not have access to the event details.''

Is there a way to "delete a pixel"? I mistakenly created one with almost identical settings than my previous one, since both got the same name, I would like to know how to delete the one that is not active. Help, please. Thanks.

My Facebook pixel is fired (i see it on the pixel helper and on google tag manager) but i can't see it on the pixel event tester. What can be the reason?

I have the pageview pixel installed but when I open event set up tool, it's not popping up and say A pixel wasn't detected on this website.
What can I do :(

Thanks so much. I hadn't heard of this yet. I find that it can be helpful when the Corp development team doesn't Grant wide access to GTM. This is at least a way to track some buttons. I wish it could track "custom event" because they I could easily track elements within a SAAS product. It would be nice if there were more SAAS friendly standard events as well.

all my buttons are cathegorized as a " Page view" in FB pixel, even if I marked them as a "add to cart" or "lead" for example? why is that?

Have you find the FB event set up tool buggy? i've send a ton of traffic, good cpc, good ctr but in fb ads manager not seeing many leads/ conversions coming back. the pixel data shows a lot of purchases.. only traffic i have sent is through the fb ads campaign... seems the event set up tool misses tracking... any tips? any experience with this??

Quick question: I enabled the pixel for conversion tracking for my leadads (below the instant form setting) but it didn't feed any data to my pixel? It even says it is using auto-tracking and data upload with an offline event that I did not set up. No data fed there. I got 235 leads however... So... Do you know here are the data ? (please :) )

Great video! What if none of the standard events are applicable to what you want to track? Is there a way to connect custom conversion events onto the tool? Thank you!

I did a test on a form on my website and it triggered a lead even when there was an error. So this tool seems that it could have inflated numbers.
