First, I love the sail with Jetty with a patch over her eye. She is a real pirate doggy. She looks so happy to be on her new home. She seems to know this is the IT boat for you all. I really, love this for you. As I look at this, I am thinking this might be a really good choice for a solo woman to live on. My goal is just coastal sailing, and I am hoping to get on in the silicone valley and as a worst-case scenario Los Angeles. I am a Norcal girl, and anyone who grew up in Norcal knows that the "Devil is from SoCal". LMAO! Seriously though all joking aside, I prefer the colder weather of Norcal. I prefer to be at the beach in sweats than swimming suits. Compared to houses in Cali, this would be a super cheap answer, even brand new it would have a third of the cost of buying a house on land. When I am able to move back home, I am going to seriously look into this for myself. I had been thinking of something more like the last boat you fixed up, but I like sailing.
