Hey everyone,
Thanks so much for watching my compilation! If any parts need more explanation, just let me know.
Quick note about the "Reach for the Catch" chapter: Remember, you're not doing a full stroke here. The goal is to learn how to use your BODY ROTATION to extend your lead arm while simultaneously catching with the other arm. And moveing into the catch with out forcing your arm.
Key points to remember:
Arms slightly down: This eases shoulder pressure and helps you press the buoy while engaging your core.
Lead arm position: As you improve, you'll extend your lead arm almost parallel to the water's surface. BUT, keep elbow above the wrist and wrist above the fingertips (just like in the video).
