Bernard Eastlund, the man who invented HAARP in the 1980's, quit the project in 1997 because the US military were weaponizing it - modifying his original design, making it more powerful and attempting to use it to manipulate weather and catalyze seismic activity, among other things. He spoke out about the danger of his creation, HAARP, for years before he died.

Just take good note of when this woman says the words "conspiracy theory/theorists". conspiracy theory has a negative connotation. Its dismissive. When you are labeled a conspiracy theory the general public assumes you are a nutter and not worth the time listening to. It's essentially a tactic to shut you down irrespective of the validity of your information. These presentators skillfully label information as a conspiracy to make you subconsciously tune out, become numb or indifferent to the claims put forward. They also wrongfully use the term 'conspiracy': a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful. HAARP technology is out in the open. So its no conspiracy anymore. It's no conspiracy either. There is even a Wikipedia webpage on the topic.
Just remember folks. The mainstream media are whores for the elites and government. They are there to cast a spell over your mind. To deceive you and to control the narrative. They are not interested in facts. Its about control and power. News anchors are just actors that read a script. Journalism is long dead. These folks sold their integrity for a paycheck. News today is more propaganda than truth.

It's called weather Geo- Engineering, it's not a conspiracy theory. Finland has the HAARP antennas in Lapland, Finland. They have been there for years, even thou Finland did not belong to NATO...
