I have a couple of ideas you could do.
I was thinking like a lilly pad shaped mouse pad and a frog shaped mouse cover.
Also like take some flowers and turn them into pens (each flower's color corresponds to the color of the ink inside). They all would sit in one flower pot (very similar to your already existing pen plant. You could do lavenders, blue bells, baby roses, zinnias, sunflowers, tulips
And maybe like a stapler thats shaped like 3 bushes sitting in a row or one long shrub.
A bamboo plant thats actually a desk lamp.
A red prayer plant that holds paper clips.

This is really cool, good job. Try a Sunflower, Chrysanthemum or a Rose. Make it pretty.

A rose but the petals come out and are like tooth picks but with the petal as the part you hold. So you can pick up "finger foods" without touching the food. So you can clean them after and put them back together as a rose. Bonus if it's red/iridescent. Kinds magical rose from beauty and the beast vibes.

Do a PITCHER PLANT, thats a lidded TRASH CAN for your desk. (It could also be used to hold assorted small items)
The pitcher plant lid pops up to keep your trash inside, so you dont have to see it... or so the items inside dont spill

Also I'm aure you can even add another function to it, like an ink
