Its so unusual hearing someone saying full name - Bosnia and Herzegovina, here in the Balkans we are usually just saying Bosnia when refrering to the country, Herzegovina is commonly used when reffering to the region like “I am travelig to Herzehovina, to see my grandma”, full name is only used in formal dialog.

It's actually not that complicated one you get it, basically two entities (one of them Is divided into 10 cantons) and one district, it has three dumbasses, one for the Bosniaks, one for the Bosnian Croats and one for the Bosnian Serbs

The 3 ethnic heads of state thing isn't unique to Bosnia. In Lebanon, the President is Maronite Christian, Prime Minister Sunni Muslim and Speaker of Parliament is Shia Muslim.

Thank you. I haven't paid much attention to the Balkans in a while. Bit like my own place in the north of Ireland, where everyone has to be in government, Lebanon is similar. Much simpler to go for Apartheid like Israel.

Switzerland here: we’ve got SEVEN. A rotating presidential council of seven. They are elected by the parliament, and switch every year, and can’t be elected for a second term. (Keeps them and their “intentions” in check.)
