Bruschetta (pronounced brew-SKET-tah) is one of my favorite toasts to make, quick, easy and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients are simple too, all you need is:
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1/4-inch slices 1tbsp extra-virgin olive oil- i used melted irish butter
4-5 heads of garlic
7-8 roma tomatoes, diced- i use cherry tomatoes too
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup parmesan cheese- i use feta too
drizzle of balsamic glaze
