How to Make Ube Halaya Using Ube Powder/ Ube Halaya Recipe /Ube Halaya Bread Filling Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack Ube powdered (115g each pack)
1 can evaporated milk (386ml each can)
1&1/4 cups condensed milk
1&1/4 tablespoons butter plus 1 teaspoon for coating & topping ube halaya
1&1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ube flavor food coloring
3 cups water
