We are inside your walls. We always have been from the moment you were born.

Did you ever question the quiet scratching every time you walk past a solid surface? Did you always try to tell your mom or teacher or that stranger next to you “did you hear that?”, only for them to go as far as to press their head onto the wall, and hear nothing, only for you to continue noticing that very specific vibrations?

Those are our claws. Digging through the now hollow surface you see as a physical barrier. Even when you tear open the wall, down to the supporting metal skeleton that houses it, it is still perfectly solid. That is because we live inside the very soul and spirit of the object.

Its not just walls, but floors, ceilings, furniture, that strange object you call a “phone”, we live in every physical object you have witnessed and every physical item you “lost” is now ours.

When you die and you too become an inanimate object, don’t feel too surprised when you feel a strange pressure within your spectral body, as we devour it from the inside out.

In the meantime, enjoy this life while you can. We will be waiting for you.
