I would love some real feedback on this one guys. This is a SUPER long video. I did it this way due to demand for longer videos.

What do you think of the format?

How about the FB live stuff?

For those of you looking to tackle something like this, go to your local dollar store and buy a bunch of those cheap plastic food containers. Label them with what is in there and seal them up. You can usually get them in packs of 4 or 5 for a dollar.

hit up a craft store and see if you can find a rack for holding scrapbook paper. The bins are usually 12x12x6 or so and you can label them, then put the little plastic containers in there and you can keep everything together, as well as any notes you have you can slide in there with them and keep the grease and oil from the parts off them.

This video is FANTASTIC.... i have a 1996 vr6 mk3 with the AAA engine... i have owned it since 1998 (so 18 years now), i took it off the road 4 years ago, drained the water but left everything else like it was. i was going to take it apart and rebuild (was no problem with the engine before but i want to turbo charge it BUT ENDED UP BUYING A HOUSE SO THAT COMES FIRST) so basically everything is going to be new. I have been watching videos on youtube for YEARS and NEVER come across your work, i will make sure i follow your videos from now on. I was always funny when taking my car to garages if they haven't worked on or at least have 1 VW nut there. i don't want just anyone to work on it... stupid i know, but i feel if they have a VW nut he will know how i feel about my car lol

This is a great video! The most german vr6 and volkswagen dudes are a bunch of hillbillies doing stuff. If you look for something on the internet, you mostly get the answer "yeah i have the same problem, but it live with it..." or there are endless debates about things with no solution.
Your job on this head and also the vid about the timing is so good, i watched the vids more than once, just for relaxation. :D

19:15, "you're working at flat rate speed. lol. i was a tech for thirty years, now that I'm retired, I enjoy taking my time. I'm restoring my 1993 olds cutlass supreme, been two years and I've spent five months rebuilding and re installing the engine. it's in and running now, sounds great.
