This is a fantastic idea!!! My vote for the clean house with the river. Love the view in the front and the mountains in the back. Plus side is that you can park right by the house. When you carry in groceries it will help you don't have to carry it far. Please get this one instead. Can't wait to see you decorate and clean it up.

Trevorrrr the last one is BY FAR the It’s so beautiful and a high quality traditional build while also being very clean and functional, and imho the most beautiful by far. I think that one is the house that the owners cared about the most, and it really reminds me of the beautiful traditional environment you see in videos from Li Ziqi

I’d like to see the house deep in the village that needs renovations, it’d be nice and very insightful to watch an old village house being renovated, while keeping the essence of the village feeling. I absolutely agree with the deep village one, that needs a bit of a touch up, river one is too polished

I'm a pretty practical, details guy. Cost to renovate plus costs to operate this house as a studio for your videos. It was not evident that all properties had electricity and running water. I imagine you will need cold and other types of storage for ingredients. Which house is close to a market where you'll get provisions? Do you really want to hike yourself, supplies, and other house items (furniture, for instance) up a long, steep hill? Which house is closest to other desired services, including medical?

part 2: Trevor, regarding house by the river, double check the foundation on the side of the house facing the road. Looks like some boards are covering up some flaws. I envision a huge billboard with the name Food Ranger. You can have 2 cooking stations, one by the river. With the cabbage house. you can really do much more and make viewers feel more in tune with the land and nature. You can turn that house into something really beautiful if you have the time.
