Rodgers has been a part of multiple bad changeovers. Plus, Gillespie looked like a total amateur out there. The US really seems to struggle with these. On the other end of the spectrum, the Japanese are almost always flawless with theirs.

It is such a disgrace for the Americans continually self-sabotage themselves. It is clear that they have failed to actually spend time together and actually train. The failure to run the handoff drill over and over again is so glaring. I'm not shocked. Frankly this debacis what should be expected.
