I watched this, so although she is his biological sister she became a monster and his parents were too over protective of him so the same wouldn't happen to him, his sister got locked up there n he eventually released her then she went on a killin spree. His teacher came helping him trap her back. For some reason his sister didn't kill him aswell, kinda gave me the feeling she liked him (as a sister).
