Great video! I liked how it established that the Simulation Theory has its roots in philosophy and not science--that it's a thought experiment and not something that we can attempt to falsify with scientific experimentation.

If we live in a simulation, I'm grateful to the programmers for letting me have a life with my spouse, kiddo, and dogs. Lots of stuff in life has utterly sucked but they make it worthwhile.

What if it’s true but instead of a digital sense, it’s a spiritual one. If everything is energy and energy “can’t be created or destroyed, ” we find ourselves in a constant cycle of life and death ( which would explain why that dream of being a butterfly felt so real simply because it was a past experience) until we “awaken” or become enlightened. The pineal gland acting as both the gate and key to remembering who we really are, spiritual beings having a human experience. If energy is able to take any shape or form it would simply only need a third dimensional shell to maintain it but death might make us forget, this would also explain why some people remember past lives. DMT is usually released into the brain when one dreams and when someone passes on, however it can also occur during meditation because we find ourselves in a hypnotic state between these two worlds.

Very good video Slapped Ham!! This may be the very best video about the simulation theory that I've seen y'all went further than just their being a real reality and a fake reality you'll actually choose to deep diving into thought experiments as well as reality itself and how our perception and complete lack of understanding of what reality actually is and could be and is not is profound and you all actually challenge that concept very well! Does philosophy is very basis in reality and reality is what we perceive it to be but what if our perception is dull because we can't perceive everything yet? Y'all did an amazing job

A friends' 91-year-old father just passed two mornings ago and just before he crossed over, he yelled, "WHAT IS THE PROGRAM AND WHO IS IN CHARGE?" My friend knew what he was talking about, but the doctor asked and he replied, "THE SIMULATION". Gave me chills when she relayed the story. Beware the deceptive demiurge.

Excellent observation. At times, I only wish it was that way. I think what we feel would take up so much energy in our lives. Feeling is what makes us.. US. The emotions of life /death, love/ hate, rich/ poor, happy/ sad, and much more make us.
