If your computer cannot burn discs, try using a different type of disc. The type of disc you use for burning must be compatible with the type of disc drive in your computer; that is, you cannot burn a DVD-R disc in a drive that does not support DVD-R technology.

Values were not there for me. Nothing to delete. Still can't burn.

Worked for me however I did not have “filters”. I instead modified the 1 at NoInstallClass and Silentinstall to 0. Worked perfect with an add on dvd R/RW.

Perhaps the system scan portion could be video edited to speed it up.

I followed your instruction on the "cmd" and it's not working, the problem still exist. I'm trying to look at my X-rays off the CD-R I got this morning on my PC - Windows 11. Nothing is coming up on the screen when I install the CD-R, like it did when I had Windows 10??

No matter what I do, Windows 11 is not recognizing DVD's It will play CD's and Blu-Ray's, and even DATA DVD's it will recognize them, but not a DVD Movie Disc. I have been searching online for hours today to no avail. The regedit fix didn't work as I didn't have the filters values, but I tried changing the NoInstall Class and Silent Install values to 0 and still nothing."

Some search results come up with trying to use VLC Media Player but it still won't play DVD's as it tells me there is no disc in drive.

When I open registry editor and drill down I open control and there is no folder for class?

I just skimmed through his video and every short milisecond I heard audio, I just heard "E", it happen 14 times.
