Happy Birthday! For 20 years, young musical talents from all over the world have been focusing with a spirit of curiosity on the new at the Lucerne Festival Academy. To mark the occasion, we spoke to people who have been close to the Lucerne Festival Academy over the past twenty years: Alumni, guest artists and leading personalities.

The Lucerne Festival Academy has always attracted some of classical music's biggest stars. In 2014, when she was Lucerne Festival's "artiste étoile", singer and conductor Barbara Hannigan worked closely with the Academy. She shared her experience in this interview from our archives.
