Please stay on Fisker! We need you. We've gotten so much good information from you. Also, the tip about contacting the California Attorney General is great. One thing that keeps me worried is not having an extra key fob. A Fisker tech told us that they are supposedly working on the NFC card, but he couldn't tell us when they would be released. Big fears about losing or damaging the key fob and no longer having the ability to drive the Ocean. Great perspective from your guest... and continued great information from you. Also, watched your video with your wife driving the new Honda Prologue. We saw a Chevy EV Blazer about a week ago. Interesting. Appreciated your comments about Chevy and Honda.

Thank you, Adam for continuing your discussions with FOO owners. It is always soothing to hear Overkill Bill's honest comments and very helpful! 🤓 I had the same infotainment glitching on the main screen while driving - flickering, blanking out. I did a soft reset while driving and it cleared... for now... this concerns me also... but happy the soft reset worked while driving. The unknown is always worrisome but like Overkill Bill, I am keeping mine for now. I am a first EV owner and I love the drive but the glitches are annoying and hoping we do not have to live with these glitches forever.... anxiety and tolerance level is key. One needs to choose what works for their individual situation. People like to label things as right and wrong, it should be whatever works for individual situations. Everyone is unique. We adapt. Thank you so much for the honest discussion! I will continue to watch your very informative videos! 😎

I ultimately did not buy, lost a $2k deposit but SO BE IT. Many many reasons. I saw door handles that have deteriorated, solar sky roofs that cracked, windshield which can't be replaced, 12v failures that - worst case immobile, best case need a tech to recalibrate the doggie windows (IF you can get a tech). I tried, out of curiosity to call the service phone number. Was on hold 56 mins and got disconnected, tried again and on hold for 1hr 6min and I hung up. Warranty in question, part on back order with no in stock date, roadside assistance cancelled and zero, absolute zero communication from ANYONE except to toot their own horn for opening of dealer networks. The firesale Oceans money should be going to support the existing customers NOT lining the note holders pockets. This is greed, disrespect, and insult to the owners. Never EVER seen a company like this and I never plan to ever again. I hope someone gets jail time.

I think if you bought a FOE at $37.5K or less and never owned the FSRN stock, your perspective with the vehicle is totally different than the folks that paid full price and got killed on the stock. Love the vehicle at $37.5K and have less issues with it than when I first got my Model Y.

OF COURSE YOU SHOULD KEEP MAKING VIDEOS, ADAM! But only if you want to. I think we all appreciate your perspective, especially now going forward from Fisker.

I had a tech come to my home this past week to fix a couple of things including a broken California mode and sunroof as well as a 12-volt battery problem, event problem and incomplete 2.0 update. As far as I understand from the tech, there may be a 2.1 or a 3.0 update that could come out, but I'm skeptical. The 3.0 update would have to be handled by a tech and that tech would be required to go to each ocean and set it up which would require a total of 8 hours. This 3.0 would be of great benefit according to the tech and the indications of how clean it would make the vehicle in terms of software performance thing. So I am of the semi-optimistic or cautiously optimistic point of view, but it does seem like a bit of a crap shoot. I hope that Fisker us to be able to get to the point where we can get this 3.0 update. I would like to congratulate Adam on his new Honda prologue. I unfortunately will be staying with my Fisker at this point. However, I am looking into other avenues.

Warning about only using the Ocean occasionally, you need to keep the 12V battery charged, and it appears that is not happening when the Ocean is asleep. All sorts of issues occur when your 12V is low voltage. I've had mine replaced twice already

Two things in the news yesterday, the 1st announcing another large round of firing with one exited employee saying he believes Fisker is down to only about 150 employees, the 2nd a short video circulating yesterday of an enormous parking lot adjacent to the Port of San Diego that's gradually becoming filled with hundreds of Ocean's (presumably 2024 inventory.)

I'm considering buying a fisher ocean one since the price is down. Would I be making a mistake if I did buy one?

Believe it or not I am still toying with a purchase. I am focusing on an Ocean One. I found one that was traded in and was at $42k. I had no interest at that price. It dropped to $39 and then I was able to talk it down to $35k. But as things tumbled with Fisker I held back. Now we are talking $33, 900 but, with the risk involved I am now discussing removing that Dealer Doc Fee. Dealer Doc Fees in California, which I live in Arizona, I believe are limited to $85. I do not know why or how a dealer can convince you that filling out electronic forms to create docs comes in at $699 or more. So, if that $699 is dropped do I go for the Ocean One, which is fully maxed out specs (Big Sur Blue - which I actually am not a fan of. Gorgeous color but requires extra care, and the Sea Salt which also requires extra care being a light color). But anyway, if they eliminate the dealer doc fee I'm still not sure as the risk are many. The windshield, I've heard the door handle inserts have melted with another Arizona owner and it hasn't even hit over 100 degrees here yet, BUT it will. I saw 2 owners with Solar Sky roofs with cracks. I do feel that the note holder is sucking all cash from the Ocean sales where sales of the remaining Oceans, that cash, or part of it, should be spent on the early adopters to support service, warranty, promised perks, roadside assistance. Seems like every penny is going to the note holder. At some point I hope there is an investigation and if there is no financial recovery, I hope the negligence and fraud leads to jail time. What I mean by fraud is that sales contracts included roadside assistance, warranty, etc. This was a contract signed by 2 parties. Fisker is now in breach of these contracts with no countersigned in acceptance of changes. There needs to be accountability and a legal solution which needs to be satisfied.

It’s not only the Ocean that suffers from the “Charge port open” warnings - my 2021 Mini Cooper S E (and many many other owners in Europe) get that message too but it gets fixed under warranty here. I was going to replace my Cooper S E with an Ocean in March/April but Adam’s warnings about the company’s precarious financials made me rake a step back to wait and see what happened. I had two test drives and loved the car, especially the ride on 22” wheels as I am used to owning air suspended Range and Land Rover cars for the last 30 years. If you are still keen on an Ocean sized car that is as well assembled and rides as well I would highly recommend that when (if) the NEW Mini Counttyman S E comes to the USA you go for a test drive. I have one of the first new Countryman EVs delivered in the U.K. and it’s not a small car at all - in fact it’s 11cm longer than my 2023 Land Rover Defender 90. It rides beautifully, is AWD all the time, it’s 65kWh battery is enough for 220 miles range at highway speed and it’s really well put together by BMW at their factory in Leipzig. I’m making my first ever EV road trip this weekend in it - 450 miles round trip.

I can appreciate that bill isn’t having a lot of issues now and doesn’t see reason to sell it… but really he should. The future is looking extremely bad to say the least. Eventually no one will want this thing, even worse than the demand now. So why hold on to it? For the memories? The memories of the snake oil salesman who lied to everyone? Get out now while you still can Adam you did the right thing. The Honda will be very reliable. And. You know Honda is there for you

I couldnt resist converting my Ocean One order, especially with 5.25K applied to the new price and 7.5K tax credit. Lets see how for it goes! California mode was the other dealmaker!

I kinda feel the same as a FOO owner. We have another vehicle and don't drive either that much and the car is garage kept. We also have a 2015 Subaru (funny) but like most owners, feel disappointed and irritated in the company. We will have to move out of the country in the fall and are considering selling it.
