good video, very informative and pretty underrated channel, been checking out your videos. Though I feel your quality of content is being hidden by the quality of the presentation itself, would suggest getting a cheap mic close to you, some front lighting and a green screen. Keep killing it and consider me a subscriber

It's a tricky time to commit to one software, Lumion has been the market leader for years and it looks awesome (I could never afford it though), Twinmotion is making huge strides and is constantly evolving, Enscape is fast but lower quality and it's recent merger with V-ray will either make or break it, then the last one to consider that is getting a lot of praise is D5 Render which has a great free version similar to Twinmotion. EDIT, there's also Nvidia's Omniverse to take into account!

You can update your model in Twinmotion for quite a while, at least from SketchUp. And Lumion has a new price plan, not sure if you put this into consideration or did the Video earlier?

I stomached the purchase for Lumion back in 2018, it was one of the best investments of my life as it heavily advanced my career. At the time, TwinMotion lacked many of the industry needed functions like screen sync to CAD, VR was low end, and the 360 walkthroughs were very entry level.

That being said, today I can make everything I used to with Lumion in TwinMotion at a fraction of the cost. Lumion has always had a very odd pricing structure and seems to only be targeted toward firms or educational licenses. Paying $1, 200 for the low end version of the software is outright insulting for a freelance render artist who doesn't work in Architecture. Financially it makes just no sense to go with their product anymore for me.
