God bless those people, they saved more homes, jobs and lifes than they could ever imagine. Not to speak about the damages that could have taken place, but did not happen because the greed was less and people at least had a chance to get halfways back to normal life and reality… god bless you.

"Harm reduction saves lives". Oh yeah? what sort of life are you trying to save for them? Perpetual addiction, poverty and homelessness, a life alone because the addict has alienated everyone that ever cared about them, or a life in and out of prison because of the choices they made to feed their addiction or while under the influence. Where's the harm reduction policy to help the people addicts hurt along the way? The families that are destroyed, the children that are abused and likely set in a cycle to repeat it, or the victims of their crimes? How do you reduce the harm to the dead victim of robbery gone bad?
