Quick and easy Surf and Turf recipe

This is my easy surf and turf recipe. Surf and turf on skewers, kabobs or shish kabobs, no matter what you call them, they are one of the best party finger foods to serve family and friends.
Adding a super easy but flavorsome basting sauce and we are on a winner for a quick and tasty meal that is sure please.
Grilling food directly over charcoal is one way to create another flavor profile that just cannot be beaten and by basting these skewers while they cook, the juices dripping down onto the hot charcoal ensure they are getting licked with smoke during the cook.

Ingredients:
2 x 400 gram (14.1oz) porterhouse steaks
12 x large prawns
100 grams (3.5oz) of unsalted Butter
4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
¼ cup of chopped Parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
Lime zest & juice off one lime
