sorry guys but some of the info in this tutorial is straight BS - how in the world is muscle endurance (doing 20+ pullups) gonna transfer to muscle strength (which is pulling with one arm)? one has to progress within strength training scheme to improve on the strength (low reps, focused around 1RM, adequate rests). High reps ain't gonna transfer to your total strength directly. Achieving 20+ reps ain't a prerequisite at all.
