This was so helpful, I have some ground round I bought cuz the butcher said it's better then regular ground but I'm not really sure what to do with it I really wanna make something I can actually taste the meat with to see how it is. Was going to do tacos but then was thinking that might cover the flavor a lot, I've never made my own meatballs so I'm kinda scared to do that and mess up lol

I live in CA and i usually dont see percentages. Its usually 'medium', 'lean' or "extra lean'. Does it still apply?

The leaner usually the more expensive I think because people want more meat/beef. Also the tube mear is supposed to be bad from what i hear idk

What about showing what real minced meat looks like vs meat paste ran through a mincer to look like mince beef which is what 99% of mince is these days
