Thank you, I started playing spades, and had no idea what I was doing and what bags meant etc, I managed to get some sort of understanding but still was no 100 % on what it all meant....this is very helpful, you make easy enough for anyone to understand....cheers....I am loving this game....maybe a bit too much....LOL

for someone with no idea, I'd wish this was more simple without the jargon.. I don't even know how the bidding was determined and how card play goes. really frustrating.

how do you avoid the penty in the game getting -100 pts? is it due to 10 bags? or something?
