This video is misleading. Transpose is not inverse. Only orthogonal matrices become their inverse when you transpose them. For instance, rotation matrices are orthogonal and that is why the rotation reverses, but the scaling does not reverse.

I have a doubt, here diagonal is origin and so there is no confusion.But the diagonal is non zero elements means how it works...can you tell it to me
