The support for Xamarin just got extended! It wasn't originally the plan, but we got support for iOS 17 (Xcode 15) and Android 14 (API 34) for Xamarin, available TODAY! But, you should still upgrade to .NET MAUI, why? Check out this video!

Just to clear a couple of questions up: this makes your Xamarin app App Store compliant, but you will not have access to new Android 14 and iOS 17 APIs. Those _are_ available in .NET MAUI.

With VisualStudio on Windows: I have edited the Android-Projects Manifest file to have TargetSdkVersion set to "34" - Is this enough / is this the support you talk about in this video?
Because: In the Android-Project properties i can only select Android13 as the target SDK - Android14 is not listed there.
I don't need new APIs or so ... i just need to be complient with Google PlayStore by End of August

Could you help me by clarify that? Thanks a lot :)
