I'm making a comment since its a massive problem a lot of people have. A CLICK does not work with target champions only. I don't want to get into the deep rooted explanation of it but the only way target champions work is if you do a normal right click.

thanks. It's weird that you can set the hot key in the lobby client but you can only set the toggle option while in game.

Thank you for the video Saskio! I recently discovered that when "attack champions only" is set to toggle and the toggle is on, I can still attack minions using A+left click without toggling "attack champions only" off. Not sure if using this mechanic this is a good habit to get into but I've given it a shot here and there to see if it could be useful at times. Love watching your content, hope you're doing well! :)
