As far as best villian my first thought was galactic.
Like Galactic did a great job of conquest across Sinnoh, and they basically suceeded right up until the end. Unfortunately Cyrus just proved some men really will destroy the universe rather than just get therapy.

Aqua and Magma were a really big case of not understanding actions have consequences.

Team Plasma makes me wonder how their goal can work in the long run. Also does bring up intersting questions about the detective pikachu franchise.

I'll honestly say Rocket because it seems the most realistic. A organization who sees money and power as the main goals, and Pokemon are just a means to that end.

I understand the message naughty dog was trying to display at the very end of the game but I do think it's funny that people think ellie can't play guitar anymore. There are tons of people who have disabilities and play the guitar, especially ellie since she still has a good portion of her fingers. She definitely can still play, just has to practice a bit but it isn't like a "shell never be able to play again" situation.
