Putin signs decree to enforce UN Security Council resolution on North Korea

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Monday,... imposing new restrictions on North Korea... to comply with the UN Security Council's latest resolution.
It involves export bans and sanctions... on eleven North Korean individuals and ten business entities... that have been linked to Pyongyang's nuclear and missile programs.
The document is presumably in line... with UN Resolution 23-21,... which came into force in November 2016... in response to the regime's missile tests, late last year.
Moscow has expressed grave concerns... over the rogue state's repeated provocations,... with a Kremlin spokesperson saying... it was further escalating tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
