Utility Warehouse Complaints Re Phone and Email

The complaint comes from when I rang over an issue. I hung on the phone for 15 minutes listening to rubbish music and someone telling me that my call was important to utility warehouse. Also being pushed to look at the FAQ which didn't help on my question. But clearly my call wasn't important because in all this time no one answered.
Neither did uwdc give me the option of them ringing me back.
So I decided to deal with the matter via email to uwclub. Yes I got a bounced back email reply telling me that it would take up to 3 days to answer my email.
3 days later I got an email from utility warehouse.
This standard of service is poor by anyone's standard so I am thinking of leaving telecom plus or utility warehouse.
What do you think?
