How to make Holy water!

Tonight I got a Catholic Priest to come out to our home to talk to my Wife Kerri about getting Baptized because She has been battling cancer . Father James was at our house for about 10 minutes, my phone rang 3 times but no number came up on my phone record, and I got 5 text message, or at least the noise, but nothing on the phone . Plus the dog's went off there nutter for absolutely no reason, I went outside with a torch and as soon as I got to the horse float the torch stopped working . Nobody could convince me that it was not something unholy trying to stop my Wife from receiving Holy Baptism . It was literally like something out of a horror movie . God bless .

My father said to take my rosary and put it in the water and make the sign of the cross three times and say I bless this water in the name of the father and the son and the holy Spirit. Amen
