Back when I was married to the narcissist I had such a stiff back that I was not able to stand up straight until about halfway through the day. also intense headaches that I had never experienced before. Definitely feeling exhausted, lack of energy, my spontaneity and creativity vanished, my get up and go had fled, extreme self doubt and lacking confidence to start anything creative for fear of getting it wrong…also developed anxiety, worry, and a sense that the other shoe was about to drop all of the time. Whew! It takes toll on you!!!

1. I dream about snakes 🐍 chasing me all night
2. Pain whole body, sore neck, arm, shoulder, back, headache, and every part of my body .
3. I always fell down and miss taken and lost stuffs and lost memories sometimes
4. All computers, printers, scanner and phone broken at the same time!!
5. Dark evil around me and bad luck
6. Always sick after meeting or stay with him at his house . And etc

My intestines (I guess) would whip around inside me. That’s what it felt like. From walking on egg shells and constant picking and devaluation. I used to get a neck adjustment from a neighbor who was a chiropractor often. My neck was out often. Stress. I was absolutely fatigued all the time. Constant anger, stress, picking apart everything you do. Just totally wears you out.

All of these are your body being heavily damaged from within your nerves your gut your shoulders arms neck legs muscle joint pain…it’s all due to heavy stress the gut issue is your nervous system being F’d up and the dreams are God himself warning you to look who you have around you…this takes a lot of time to heal
