The performance numbers are skewed here. According to manufacturers, the 2.0L Q5 runs a 0-60 mph in 5.9 seconds and the GLC300 does it in 6.8 sec. This video only shows performance numbers for the SQ5 and the GLC 4.3.  Most buyers are looking at the 2.0L versions and Audi has the Benz beat hands down.

The offset driving position in the GLC makes it an automatic disqualification for me. I just found it so off putting. Also to my eye the Q5 interior is in a totally different, higher level. I like the GLC exterior styling though. Needs a major internal revamp and far higher quality materials to improve. Please put the bloody steering wheel dead centre Mercedes, not a lot to ask.
