Adventure Time just keeps the good times rolling, eh? After assuming it was over and done with, Distant Lands gave us more of Finn and Jake, and a little more closure to their story, too. But even when that finale to end all finales hit our screens, there was more story to be told. More adventures to be had! The genderbent versions of Finn and Jake, Fionna and Cake, had a world to make magic, and a whole lot of multiversal secrets to uncover! And just like before, even though it acts as a sequel of sorts, Fionna and Cake also adds some additional details to the lore of the past! With that in mind, it’s time to get started on the most complete Adventure Time Chronology we’ve ever seen! For now, anyway. More to come, I’m sure.

The weirdest thing about Adventure Time is the fact that it never got a movie like every other popular animated Cartoon Network show.

You know they totally just made a fun kids show at first and then tied it all together with amazingly deep lore that they added onto. This is an insanely cool timeline.

27:36 Finn forgets about his pillow life because when he dies, the dimension is digested by Golb, meaning it ceased to exist. This is why you can see old Finn bounce off the tongue of Golb at the end of the episode.

Adventure time is definitely a show I have lots of respect for, shows like SpongeBob have been milked for every cent it's worth to the point where it hurts to watch but adventure time managed to close plot holes and answer questions with other serieses like what happened to finn and jake after the main show, how did bmo meet finn and jake, does Simon get closure for Betty what happened to farmworld finn and while simultaneously making sure the spin off series don't leave any more plotholes like what was finn like before he died or what happens to the scearub after he's defeated and that's amazing and it should be the standard for how every show operates

I just realized something. When the Lich wished for all life to be destroyed, he created a new universe in the multiverse, where Simon and Co. went to and explains why ice king suddenly turns into a skeleton in the tape

This is a personal theory, but i believe King of Mars is a Primordial like Cocontempi and Orgalorg. When orgalorg's brain was coming out of gunter's head, he was placing down wooden planks in the shapes of random things, but then of KoM? Why the weird callback? It HAS to mean something.

Thank you so much for taking so much time to putting this together. I love when I see someone who takes the time to explain the lore for movies, games and shows. I was never that good at remembering that much lore or just being able to put it together myself. I am able to understand the world the writers gave us so much better cuz of people like you.
