As someone who loves designing but has a hard time with manufacturing. Definitely, the sewing class is a good start, but you should also look at auditing technical design classes or always looking at how clothes that you love are made. Look at the stitches and types of finishing really look at every seam to comprehend the construction.

You can do it …. My dad learned how to use a sewing machine and my mom can’t learn but does everything by hand and is extremely good at it
