I’d like to start by saying that I have never successfully been able to meditate before. I watched a video prior to watching this and it explained the same information over the period of 1:50 min. This paraphrased it so my mother was able to understand the complexity of how these frequencies have helped me find peace. I was able to silence my thought process into a deep meditation. I’ve never felt this comfortable in my own head. To say it almost took me somewhere deep inside my own mind is an understatement. To say the least, I’m extremely pleased as skeptical as I can be. Thank you for making this knowledge accessible and available to the public!

This is so new to me just tried the free audio! Does anyone have used the manifestation audio? Or what would you recommend ?

I have Sennheiser headphones. I put them on according to the L or R on the ear parts. However, I hear the sound in the opposite ear from what the video says. I hear the first sound on the left side when you say it's the right side. Will this screw up my brain? The headphones are uncomfortable if I switch the ear parts to the other side. Please give me an answer. I signed up for your Advanced Bi-Location course, so I will be using this technology a lot.
