When I've listened to binaural beats meditations on YouTube (without headphones even), in my minds eye, I saw something that looked like a wire coathanger with the bent arm straightened, (like people used to do to open locked car doors) with the hanger connecting both sides of my brain, and the straight extension going up out of my brain, kind of like a triangle meeting together at the top and shootingl a beam straight up. I hope that makes sense. I wanted to mention that, as some have said, we appreciate your concise videos. Your 5-9 minute videos are more instructive than most of the 20-50+ minute videos with a lot of ads. I appreciate that your intent is more aligned with helping people than just making $$. Oh, i almost forgot to get my journal out and put my first entry in it when i attempt the first Gateway cd this afternoon. I'm giving myself a week to complete each video, and ill have time to do them 3-4+ times a week (so i might go a little faster?), and my goal is to finish it in 1 year.

i been using youtube, I completed the first and second wave and have been on the third wave these past three weeks. I spend about a month on each wave. I have been concerned about the correct frequencies on youtube
