(Trick) Playing Netflix (4K/UHD) content on Safari with any Mac. (2022)

This video is to guide the tech savy people who can't enjoy there favourite tv shows/movies on Netflix in 4K or UHD resolution using Safari for Macs. (All Macbooks including the new silicon M1s & M2s)

Still stuck on 1280 x 720. I have the Netflix premium plan. Macbook Pro 14 connected to 4k benq monitor. I just can't figure this out man.

it works becuz ur stats show you are already using the hevc codec for video and the 2160p mode says "Useable" so everything is basically a go for 4k playback... the issue for others is their stats will Not show hevc codec being used, rather, it is the avc codec and that only supports 1080 useable mode no matter how many times u hit back..
