The plaintiff says she was making a U-turn in front of her house when the defendants failed to stop and rammed her with their truck. She claims they were driving with expired insurance, so she’s suing them for the cost of the car repairs. The defendants claim the plaintiff pulled into the road without looking and say she was the careless one.

It's crazy. The plaintiff is nuts and entitled. You can't drive in a crosswalk! You can't ask for a payday when doing illegal driving maneuvers and get yourself in an accident. She did it to herself! She was truly stunned she lost and thought her would win.
