Abstract: The Fractional Calculus approach is introduced into reservoir simulation. A three-dimensional relaxation model for viscoelastic fluid is built. The model based on the exact solution in Laplace space for some unsteady flow-Maxwell flow in an infinite reservoir is obtained by Laplace transform and Fourier transform.
