Putin buys Erdogan ice cream, shows off new Su-57 fighter jet during visit to Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin treated Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan to ice cream and gave him a peek at a new "stealth" Su-57 fighter jet during his one-day visit to Russia, underscoring their close ties.

The Turkish president joined his Russian counterpart for a walkthrough at the MAKS-2019 air show, which opened on the same day in the Moscow region.
