Great list! I keep a small 2-step ladder in the house. Not the cutest thing but I've lost track of how many times I've used it. Folds flat for easy storage too.

I do the same thing with "thank you" notes :) And whenever I read a great book, I buy a couple of them to give as a gift to somebody someday. At the office, we also have a batch of cute notebooks in all different sizes, in case a loyal customer (or project partner) comes around and it's their birthday or they booked something with us again, so we always have little gifts ready.

YES to birthday card stashes! I have a HEAP of cards in my study room too. Maybe too many 😅

I always have a picnic blanket in my bigger backpack so I don't have to add more than food and water to it when I wanna go out. Super helpful in summer when I'm more spontaneous w that stuff. I also do the warm light thing in the evening, although I wish mine were a little warmer than I currently have them. I barely use my ceiling lights in general.
